## The five agents

- **The Message Taker** — Handles inbound calls when the team is busy or out of hours. Answers common queries directly from its knowledgebase, and captures full caller details to route a structured message to the right person when human involvement is needed.
- **The Call Router** — Does everything The Message Taker does, and additionally routes callers to the right consultant, team, or department through natural conversation, with no phone menu.
- **The Applicant Responder** — Calls applicants the moment they apply, pre-screening for role fit, availability, salary expectations, and notice period in real conversation, in multiple languages, before highlighting qualified candidates to a consultant.
- **The Resourcer** — Makes outbound calls to prospective candidates from a database or sourced lists, qualifying interest, capturing availability, and booking calls with consultants. Up to 100 concurrent calls.
- **The Reviver** — Re-engages candidates who applied months or years ago but were never placed, checking motivation and availability and reactivating interest without the awkward cold-call dynamic.
