Who we are
VoiBo is a product of Tech Bake Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16039684). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO Registration No. ZB939721).
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Tech Bake Ltd. “VoiBo” refers to our AI voice agent platform at voibo.io.

What data we collect and why
Website visitors and enquiries
When you use our website or submit an enquiry, we may collect:
- Name, email address and phone number (submitted via our contact or demo booking form)
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited (when Google Analytics is active)
We collect this to respond to enquiries and improve our website. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
AI call data (processed on behalf of our clients)
VoiBo operates AI voice agents on behalf of recruitment agencies and in-house talent acquisition teams. When a call takes place through VoiBo, we may process:
- Candidate name, phone number and email address
- Call recordings and transcripts
- An AI-generated summary of the call
- In limited cases, date of birth (where a specific client requires this)
In these cases, the recruitment agency or talent acquisition team is the data controller and Tech Bake Ltd acts as a data processoron their instruction. Candidates should also refer to their recruiter's privacy policy. Our lawful basis is contract (to fulfil our service agreement with the client) and, where applicable, legitimate interests.
Client portal users
If you access the VoiBo client portal, we hold your name and email address for authentication and account management. Our lawful basis is contract.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers who help us deliver the service, each under a written contract imposing equivalent data-protection obligations. Those suppliers fall into the following categories:

We maintain a full, named list of our sub-processors and will provide it on request to any client or individual who asks. Please contact us at info@voibo.io. Clients are additionally given at least 30 days' written notice before we appoint or replace a sub-processor, and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the ICO. For more detail on what this means in practice, see our GDPR statement.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where consent is the lawful basis
