1. Agreement

By accessing voibo.io or using any VoiBo service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms govern the relationship between Tech Bake Ltd (Company No. 16039684, registered in England and Wales) and you as a visitor, prospective client or client.

2. Our services

VoiBo provides AI-powered voice agent technology designed for organisations that recruit people. This includes:

• Recruitment agencies — using VoiBo to handle candidate communications, screening and outreach on behalf of their clients
• In-house recruitment and talent acquisition teams — using VoiBo to support internal hiring processes, including candidate screening, interview scheduling and enquiry handling
• HR departments — using VoiBo to manage high-volume hiring, employee enquiries and related communications

Our services include outbound and inbound AI call handling, candidate screening, message taking, and a client reporting portal.

Services are provided subject to a separate written agreement between Tech Bake Ltd and each client. These Terms of Service apply to use of the website and portal in addition to any such agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or client portal
• Reproduce, distribute or resell any part of our platform without written permission
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt our services

4. Intellectual property

All content on voibo.io — including text, design, code, branding and the VoiBo name — is the property of Tech Bake Ltd or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Third-party services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel, Retell AI, Supabase and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of these third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

VoiBo's AI voice agents are designed to assist — not replace — human recruiters. We make no guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly or that all candidate data captured will be complete and accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide our services “as is” without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-business damages arising from use of our services
• Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid by that client in the preceding three months

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time where we believe these terms have been breached, subject to the terms of any separate client agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
